Duties Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs regarding cellphones and related accessories. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Assist with the selection, purchase, and checkout process efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance. Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning about mobile technology is essential. Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers effectively. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory systems. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
