Leading independent Cannabis Dispensary in Central NJ is seeking a Full-Time Dispensary Retail staff member to join our team! Applicants will need to be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. This is a customer-facing position, excellent customer service skills are essential. Main duties include reception tasks, cashier / budtender, patient wellness counselor and making recommendations to customers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting patients, caregivers, customers, and visitors. Prioritizing patients upon arrival Providing information on, and ensuring the compliance of company policies and NJ cannabis laws Performing point-of-sale transactions and maintaining a register Restocking and counting inventory Provide professional, accurate, and appropriate information on the various cannabis product types, forms, application methods, side effects, and risks and benefits. Assisting with reports as directed The ideal candidate would be a well-polished professional with the ability to interact cordially and communicate effectively.

Other Requirements include:

Maintain a professional appearance, compassionate and helpful attitude as the face of our company. Accurately utilize numerous NJ state required and company chosen CRM, POS, and team collaboration software tools. Strong cash handling skills - Accountable for daily register balance. Strong attention to detail - Accountable for selling the correct and appropriate product to customers / patients. Self-motivated and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves!
