This role involves providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment while maintaining compliance with all regulations. All positions are paid and require a professional approach to customer interactions. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, offering product demos when appropriate Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage to promote responsible consumption Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Supervise other team members as needed, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales and store policies Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments involving customer service and cashiering Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations Experience in supervising or leading teams is advantageous Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable Knowledge of cannabis products, including product demos and merchandising techniques, is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions and inventory management This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a dynamic industry while providing excellent service to our valued customers.
