Part-time Schedule:

Part-Time. Part-time minimum 12 hrs/week; typical shifts are 4-7 hours. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Paid Training • Employee Discount About the Role You'll be the face of Joyleaf — the person guiding customers through their visit, answering questions with warmth and care, and helping each guest leave with the product that fits their life. You'll report to the General Manager and take day-to-day directions from the Shift Lead or Supervisor on duty. A Typical Day Welcoming guests as they come in and making them feel at home from the first hello Using a customer-centric service model and cannabis knowledge to understand the customer's needs and match them with the right product for them Ringing up sales and handling cash with accuracy and care Opening or closing the store alongside your team Staying flexible with the flow of the floor during busy hours so every guest gets the attention they deserve Representing Joyleaf in the community with the same energy you bring to the floor What We're Looking For You'll do well here if you: Genuinely enjoy people — and can read a room Communicate clearly, listen closely, and stay calm under pressure Pay attention to details others miss Have experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (required) You'll also need to: Be 21 or older (a New Jersey requirement for dispensary work) Have a high school diploma or equivalent Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Cannabis experience? Meet the leaders you'd be working alongside and see the space. Paid, hands-on activity. A short, paid working session where you can experience the role in real time and we can see you in action. The physical part You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, moving between the sales floor and the back of house. You'll regularly lift and carry boxes up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 30 lbs.
