We're looking for Sales Associates to join our team at the Short Hills Mall! As a Sales Associate, you'll bring our brand story to life, help guests find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience. What you'll do: Share our mission, help guests find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs. Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special. Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer guest questions, and provide top-notch service. Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests. Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders. Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
