Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on product effects, usage, and benefits Operate the point-of-sale (Treez POS) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash register operations Upsell products by highlighting features, promotions, and complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product merchandising aligns with store standards Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems & cash register operations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Join us if you're motivated to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
