Job Description

A 19 year old, well established equipment supply company is looking for a Sales Associate . We are looking for the 'Right' new employee, someone looking for both growth potential and stability in a fun, small business atmosphere. We do require the applicant to be bi-lingual with at least English & Hindi as base languages for client interaction. The person whom we hire must be dependable, motivated, and a 'people person'. Much of the work in this position will be Inside sales & support . This will require someone who thrives on managing and innovating the little projects, seeing them through from start to finish. This position also requires a dedication to document and sales data management. Customers will call in for different projects, and it is important not only to manage that to completion, proper documentation and review will be imperative.
Duties will include:
Understanding Client and Product Line We are a leading food service equipment supply house. You will learn about our industry and be able to effectively couple our client's needs with our product line. Sourcing new sales opportunities Via inbound calls & existing customer relationships Most sales are done with current clients or inbound calls. Meticulous client relationship management is expected. Outbound cold calls and emails Make product recommendations based on the needs of the business Quote prices, convey credit terms, and prepare sales contracts Travel for company functions, sales meetings, conferences and training sessions Should be familiar with Social Media usage ( FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Marketing Activities and Overall Growth Mgmt Researching client accounts Identifying key growth areas and activities Desired Candidate "Must Haves" : Multiple Languages spoken, Minimum Hindi & English, a 3rd Major South Asian Language or background such as Panjabi Telugu, Tamil highly desired High Computer skills that includes, web navigation and use of Microsoft Office as well as a willingness to become proficient using prescribed company technology and software Knowledge of Quick Book Accounting Software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, efficient and results oriented Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to think and solve problems creatively Strong professional, interpersonal and teamwork skills. We Work as a TEAM! Self-motivated Must maintain a valid driver license with a clean driving record for travel throughout assign area to service customers and call upon prospects. Preference to experience candidate.
