Dry Cleaning Counter Associate Holiday Plaza Dry Cleaners is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking person to join our team as a Counter Associate. This is a fast-paced, customer-service-focused position that requires someone who can stay organized, multitask, and work efficiently throughout the day. No previous dry cleaning experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Assist customers with dropping off and picking up their dry cleaning Accurately enter and organize customer orders Sort incoming and completed orders Keep customer orders organized and ready for pickup Manage tailoring and alteration orders, including keeping track of items being sent out and returned Answer customer questions regarding orders, pricing, and pickup dates Handle payments and operate the register Communicate with customers regarding order questions or issues when necessary Help maintain a clean and organized counter and work area Complete multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Reliable and dependable Friendly and comfortable working with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and prioritize Comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the shift Able to learn new tasks and routines quickly Responsible and able to work independently once trained A team player with a positive attitude Previous retail, front counter, cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but dry cleaning experience is not required. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when scheduled, and enjoys working with customers in a busy environment.
