Responsibilities of the Retail Associate Greet every customer with poise, acting as the primary face of AT&T to help walk-in customers find their perfect smartphone match. Lead live, hands-on demonstrations of the latest devices, showing customers the real-world benefits of a faster wireless connection. Drive high-energy mobile sales by identifying the best wireless devices for every lifestyle, ensuring each customer leaves with a tech setup they love. Consistently hit daily sales milestones, using our performance-driven environment to grow your career into future leadership roles within the firm. Maintain a stunning retail theater, ensuring all mobile device displays are fully functional and visually ready for the next big product launch. Partner with the sales team to refine our in-store sales approach based on the latest wireless trends seen throughout the South Jersey market. Qualifications of the Retail Associate A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in retail sales or customer support is a plus. Delivers expert guidance on AT&T's latest smartphones and wireless devices. Provides hands-on demonstrations that bring mobile technology to life.
