Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate at our Watchung NJ location. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers to understand their needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with jewelry selections, maintaining store displays, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves educating customers about jewelry products and guiding them through the buying process. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Retail Sales experience Ability to work effectively in a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to sales or customer service are a plus Passion for jewelry and fashion Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays Apply online at www.signetjewelers.com or stop in store
