We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, comfortable working weekends, and confident educating customers on cannabis products. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming in store experience Educate customers on product types, effects, and consumption methods Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Process transactions accurately using Sweed POS Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked Stay up to date on products, promotions, and inventory Follow all company policies and cannabis compliance regulations Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and side work Communicate low stock or inventory issues to management Attend trainings and team meetings as needed Qualifications Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Must have cannabis knowledge Must have reliable transportation At least 1 year of customer service experience required Retail experience preferred Experience with Sweed POS or similar systems is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and POS systems Must be at least 21+ years old Must have a valid driver's license or state ID Must pass required background checks Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to stand for long periods and perform bending, stooping, and repetitive motions Why Join BluLight BluLight offers a supportive and fast growing environment where team members can build their knowledge and grow within the industry.
