Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their preferences and needs Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, potency levels, and product effects Assist in selecting appropriate products, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and store policies Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems while verifying customer age and legal requirements Uphold safety standards by monitoring the sales environment and preventing unauthorized access or sales to minors Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and regulatory updates to provide current and accurate information Qualifications Passionate about wellness, health, or the cannabis industry with a desire to educate others Excellent communication skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor Ability to understand and explain product details clearly and transparently Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to cannabis sales is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
