Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs. Process orders, quotes, returns, and sales transactions accurately. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Support branch sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy. Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse storage areas. Assist with cycle counts and inventory management. Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time. This is a full-time contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Counter experience in wholesale distribution. 1-year basic computer experience Previous experience in hardware or home improvement retail

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Local market knowledge. Previous customer service, counter sales, retail, plumbing supply, HVAC supply, electrical supply, construction, or warehouse experience. Forklift Experience.

Pay Rate:

$19.00 - $22.00per hour
