Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender and become a vital part of the customer experience in a fast-paced, innovative retail environment. As a Budtender, you will serve as a knowledgeable guide, helping customers navigate our product offerings while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your energetic and friendly approach will create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel confident and excited about their purchases. This role offers an engaging opportunity to combine retail expertise with industry-specific knowledge, making every interaction memorable and impactful. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting products tailored to their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing sales efficiently Upsell products by highlighting new or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and presented attractively Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with stockroom organization to support smooth store operations Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors Experience Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar customer-focused environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to oversee team tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer populations better Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills to educate customers confidently and handle inquiries professionally Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales strategies Knowledge of industry regulations related to cannabis or similar products is advantageous but not required Join us in creating an energetic shopping experience that leaves customers informed, satisfied, and eager to return.
