Your day-to-day includes:

Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers and guide them through their shopping experience. Educate customers on strains, products, and consumption methods. Ensure every guest leaves happy and confident in their purchase. Product Knowledge & Compliance Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and regulations. Follow all state and company regulations (ID checks, purchase limits, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store. Store Operations & Teamwork Assist with opening/closing duties. Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals. Participate in training & mentorship to advance in the industry. What Makes You a Great Fit? This is a client-facing role—if you love interacting with people and helping them find the perfect product , this could be the perfect fit! Passionate about the industry and eager to share knowledge. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices. Detail-oriented and able to follow strict industry regulations.
