Duties Assist customers in selecting wireless devices, accessories, and plans that meet their individual needs through engaging product demonstrations and consultations. Conduct retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained to optimize the shopping experience. Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries about products, plans, and billing with professionalism and courtesy. Manage inventory levels by stocking new products and assisting with merchandising efforts to highlight featured items. Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and promotions while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cash drawer handling. Conduct product demos to educate customers on device features, benefits, and usage tips. Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person to foster positive relationships. Support team members through supervising experience when applicable, ensuring smooth store operations. Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a wireless or electronics environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions.
