Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers find the right wireless products and services, and create a positive experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, sales-driven, and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of customers. Bilingual candidates are preferred , and open availability is required, including the ability to work weekends. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions about products and services. Recommend wireless products, services, accessories, and promotions based on customer needs. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Explain current promotions, pricing, plans, and store policies. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked product displays. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and reporting low inventory. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent follow-up service. Support daily store operations and work as part of a team to achieve store goals. Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and services. Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend products and services. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Open availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must be comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
