PLUS COMMISSION

Sale Associate Part-time $9.50 an hour starting pay PLUS commission on all sales made. Our top earners can make as much as $18.00 an hr on average when adding in their commission but $24.00+ an hr is not unheard of with hard work. Employee discounts and performance based bonuses are also offered after a 90 probationary period.

Additional responsibilities of a Sales Associate include: Inside Sales Providing exceptional customer service while driving sales by executing The Mattress Outlets exclusive Buying Process Maintaining awareness of competitor's advertisements and services offered Participating in assigned training and development initiatives to remain current on products, offerings and programs Store Execution Ensuring merchandise is displayed appropriately Following opening and closing procedures and balancing of books Ensuring assigned store is to company standards, while policies and state regulations are followed Helping with delivery of merchandise as assigned Job Requirements Sales Associates should demonstrate superior communication and customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have experience with inside sales, customer service and/or business development. Additional job requirements of a Sales Associate include: Some experience in retail sales preferred Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
