This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your passion for cannabis and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a welcoming environment for our patrons. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience. Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates. Assist customers in making informed choices based on their preferences and needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is well-organized and displayed attractively. Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items or educate customers. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and suggesting complementary items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately.
