Budtender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
• Provide information on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
• Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure register balances at the end of the shift
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and strains is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for bilingual interactions
