Duties Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, including product demos when appropriate Assist customers with their purchases using the POS (Point of Sale) system, handling transactions accurately and efficiently Educate customers on product effects, usage, and safety to promote responsible consumption Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product visibility Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment involving customer interaction Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or training new staff Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn through training sessions or product demos Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions Join us to be part of an innovative team that values energy, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
