In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our freeze-dried candy experience, managing transactions, and ensuring our kiosk is well-stocked and organized. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing excellent service and value to our customers. Responsibilities Bring customers to our table and provide a fun freeze-dried candy experience. Operate sales system and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels and ensure product displays are organized and appealing. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements A high energy friendly personality Reliable transportation Honest and responsible Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
