We're looking for a polished, customer‑focused Sales Associate who thrives in a boutique retail environment and takes pride in delivering elevated service. Position Overview The Luxury Belt Sales Associate is responsible for providing a premium in‑store experience, guiding customers through product selection, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and deliver a warm, luxury‑level shopping experience Assist customers with sizing, product selection, and styling recommendations Maintain deep product knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and customization options Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandising Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care Uphold brand standards in communication, appearance, and service Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly sales goals Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or boutique experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and customer‑focused demeanor Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule (Tuesday-Saturday) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$24 per hour , depending on experience Supportive, team‑oriented environment Opportunities for training and growth Employee discounts on premium products A workplace where craftsmanship, quality, and customer experience truly matter
