HIGH PERFORMERS!

As a Powersports Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers select and purchase the perfect powersports equipment. You will deliver excellent customer service, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a dynamic team to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences. Provide in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and maintenance of various powersports vehicles and accessories. Demonstrate vehicles and equipment to customers and perform walkarounds. Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, financing options, and product features. Process sales transactions, including taking payments and handling financing paperwork. Stay up to date with product inventory, new arrivals, and promotions. Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and maintain an organized sales floor. Assist with showroom merchandising and product displays. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Passion for powersports and an understanding of the products we sell. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
