Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly manner, identify their needs, answer questions about specific products/services, and offer additional services of benefit Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages, accessing shipment manifesting software, and generating labels Carry packages to and from customer's vehicle when requested Pack contents for shipping using established products and procedures Manage returns of merchandise for corporate accounts, including receiving, sorting, and packing Take passport photos for adults, children, and infants Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes, and check in package deliveries from multiple carriers; retrieve and distribute mail and packages accurately Receive and prepare documents for printing and production including formatting, adjusting layout, and resizing for print; and laminate, cut, fold, bind Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment Stock shelves with product and monitor inventory levels for re-ordering supplies Perform beginning and end of day duties including reconciliation of cash Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment including general housekeeping duties Skills & Qualifications Some experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Outstanding phone skills Must be able to pass a background check Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of Internet applications including Outlook, Gmail, Google Must be dependable, prompt, reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude Reliable transportation is a must Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs, must be able to bend to pick boxes up from the floor, climb ladders to reach high shelves, and lift overhead
