Job Description
Job Overview Customer Service
- Engage with customers in a courteous manner, addressing their needs, inquiries, and providing information on cannabis products.
- Stay updated on the latest cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods to educate customers effectively.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and offer guidance on dosage, consumption methods, and potential side effects.
- Advertise promotions and discounts while ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, verifying customer identification and age requirements. Product Knowledge
- Maintain current and thorough knowledge of cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and risks.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing resources and information. Compliance
- Enforce all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and monitoring product expiration dates.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly. POS System Operation
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and electronic payments securely.

- Moderate lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently, up to 50 pounds with assistance.
