Job Description

Job Overview Customer Service
  • Engage with customers in a courteous manner, addressing their needs, inquiries, and providing information on cannabis products.
  • Stay updated on the latest cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods to educate customers effectively.
  • Recommend products based on customer preferences and offer guidance on dosage, consumption methods, and potential side effects.
  • Advertise promotions and discounts while ensuring customers are well-informed.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, verifying customer identification and age requirements. Product Knowledge
  • Maintain current and thorough knowledge of cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and risks.
  • Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing resources and information. Compliance
  • Enforce all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and monitoring product expiration dates.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly. POS System Operation
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and electronic payments securely.

  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Residency in a state with legal cannabis is not required.
  • Moderate lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently, up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Prolonged standing and walking within the facility, occasional sitting at a reception desk. Knowledge
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in Retail, Food/Restaurant, Hospitality, or medical industries.
  • No specific educational requirements.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
