We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Your primary goal is to provide a positive, professional, and seamless experience that exceeds customer expectations while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions. Conduct test drives and walk-arounds with customers. Accurately complete all sales paperwork and contracts. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships with past clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, current market trends, and competitor offerings. Work collaboratively with other team members, including finance and service departments. Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor and lot.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
