Support Staff•Residential Treatment Center (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

New Frontier Residential Treatment Center•
Fallon, NV Shift :
Days, Evenings, Weekends (varied scheduling; full•and part-time positions)

Immediately About Us New Frontier Residential is a 28-bed co-ed facility that provides treatment services for adults with substance use and mental health disorders. We provide trauma-informed, client-centered residential treatment that operates 24/7. We prioritize safety, dignity, and individualized care in a structured, therapeutic environment. Position Summary Support Staff are frontline team members who ensure a safe, supportive daily environment for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, implement program rules, monitor residents, document observations, and support therapeutic staff in behavioral interventions and group activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise residents during daily routines, meals, recreational activities, and free time. Observe, document, and report behavior, incidents, and safety concerns. Assist with implementing individualized care plans under supervisor direction. Lead or co-facilitate groups/activities and support skill-building exercises. Respond to crises using de-escalation and approved intervention techniques (training provided). Perform light housekeeping, maintain common areas, and assist with medication management as permitted. Communicate professionally with team members, clinical staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum age [18+]. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills. If in recovery, must have been out of a program for 2+ years and substance free.
Preferred:
Experience in residential care, behavioral health, social services, or working with youth. CPR, First Aid, or Behavioral crisis training (or willingness to obtain).
