We're a growing real estate investment company that buys and sells properties. We're looking for a driven, high-performance appointment setter to set appointments for our acquisitions managers to close.

Responsibilities:

Convert warm qualified leads into appointments for our team Call and follow up with motivated sellers Build rapport and uncover seller motivation Consistently follow up and manage a pipeline of leads Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and deal progress Work closely with the team to ensure deals close

Requirements:

No real estate experience preferred (we train from the ground up) Unrelenting work ethic No excuses mindset Obsessed with self-improvement Eager to learn and grow Strong communication and people skills Comfortable on the phone and in person Organized and able to manage multiple leads
