Hourly Pay + Sales Commission + Customer Tips About Fruitbite Fruitbite is a growing specialty dessert brand known for handcrafted Tanghulu (sugar-coated fruit), fresh fruit desserts, and specialty beverages. We currently operate multiple locations in Las Vegas and are seeking reliable, customer-focused team members who are interested in growing with our company. Applicants must be willing to work at either of our store locations based on scheduling and business needs. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and enjoys interacting with customers. Team members are often entrusted to independently operate the store during their shifts and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining product quality and store operations. We are looking for individuals who value consistency, professionalism, and long-term employment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Introduce, recommend, and promote desserts, beverages, and specialty products. Provide product information and answer customer questions. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience. Help drive sales through product recommendations and upselling. POS & Cash Handling Open and prepare the POS system and cash drawer at the beginning of each shift. Process customer transactions accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments. Maintain accurate cash records throughout the shift. Balance and close the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Product Quality Control Monitor the quality and presentation of Tanghulu and other products. Remove products that no longer meet company quality standards. Report discarded products and inventory adjustments to management. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of desserts, fruits, sauces, beverages, packaging materials, and store supplies. Notify management when inventory requires replenishment. Assist with stocking and maintaining organized displays. Store Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Complete daily opening and closing procedures. Follow all food safety and company operating standards. Qualifications Required Excellent customer service skills. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Ability to work at different store locations as scheduled. Valid Food Handler Safety Training Card. Preferred Previous experience in retail, food service, cashiering, or sales. Experience working independently in a customer-facing role. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
