Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive a vibrant shopping experience! In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products, provides expert advice on juice, diposables, devices, and other important products we have to offer, and ensures the store remains organized and inviting. Your energy will help create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships with our community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while immersing yourself in the world of vape and smoke shop, and retail merchandising. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to Their needs, papers, hookah, and device maintenance. Provide expert advice on different options, to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts. Stock shelves with merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing through effective merchandising. Assist customers with product inquiries Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with managment for replenishment needs. Support customer service efforts by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive shopping environment through excellent communication skills. Qualifications Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and retail sales processes. Passion for gardening, floral design, or outdoor maintenance to share expertise with customers. Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves and maintaining store displays. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating enthusiasm and positive energy.
