Role Overview Our retail store associates provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and processing transactions accurately. They maintain a clean, organized sales floor, restock inventory, and support visual merchandising to drive sales goals. Responsibilities include offering product knowledge to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greeting customers, actively enhancing with customers, answering questions, providing recommendations and facilitating the purchasing process.
Sales & Transactions:
Process purchases efficiently using POS systems.
Store Maintenance:
Keeping the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe.
Merchandising & Inventory:
Restock shelves, organize displays, and assist with inventory counts to maintain store standards.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to educate customers on features and promotions.
Skills & Qualifications Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and colleagues.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is often preferred.
Flexibility:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
