• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper use of retail math skills.
• Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to food handling guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations through regular bussing and cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills is advantageous.
• Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or grocery stores is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining quality standards.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is beneficial.
• Culinary experience is appreciated but not mandatory; we provide training for all team members.
