Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to needs. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and returns while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an attractive shopping environment that encourages sales. Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks. Offer excellent customer service by answering questions about product features, care instructions, or store policies. Support the store's organization by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper signage, and adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous; familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers. Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management.
