Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and appealing store layout Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales revenue Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and answer questions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and customer service best practices Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays effectively Join us if you're passionate about retail sales, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
