Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner Educate customers on products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories (training provided, but prior knowledge is a plus) Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and respectfully Support daily operations including restocking, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older (required) Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn product knowledge and compliance requirements Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods
