Club Pilates Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role combines excellent customer service with sales responsibilities in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and prospects with a friendly, professional attitude Drive membership sales Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, scheduling, and payments Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Qualifications:

Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales goals, and being part of a positive, wellness-focused team.
