Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line customer service via phone and email Assist customers with charter bookings and inquiries Coordinate with drivers regarding trip details and schedules Support employee scheduling and charter payroll processing Perform general administrative tasks (filing, supplies, data entry)

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Prior office or administrative experience preferred Comfortable handling high call and email volume

Compensation:

$20.00/hour + monthly sales bonus potential Performance review with potential increase after 90 days

Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) Rotating Saturdays (8:00AM-12:00PM) based on business needs
