Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Man & Stock associate to join our retail team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, demonstrating products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with inventory counts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in fire arms or similar environments. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual (if applicable) to serve diverse customers effectively. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail setting is a plus. Ability to perform basic math for transactions, stock counts, and inventory management. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
