The Retail Team Lead supports the daily operations of retail locations within the park by supervising team members, ensuring excellent guest service, and driving sales performance. This role acts as a key point of contact between management and frontline staff, helping create a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members to deliver outstanding guest service Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures Monitor sales performance and encourage upselling and promotional participation Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and displays are appealing Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner Train new team members on policies, procedures, and POS systems Maintain inventory accuracy, restock merchandise, and report discrepancies Enforce company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures Support management with scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback

Qualifications:
