Retail (Backroom) Production Associate Join a mission-driven team where your work helps transform lives and communities! What You'll Do Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods Meets daily production goals and quality standards Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed Who You Are Detail-oriented and efficient A team player who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly Someone who lives our values: Own It
