Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable beauty and cosmetic products to enhance their look and confidence Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase features and benefits effectively Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Millennium and other salon software Upsell complementary products and promote new arrivals to meet or exceed sales targets Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and maintaining client records Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management Utilize social media management skills to promote products, share beauty tips, and engage with customers online Skills Retail sales experience Cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Knowledge of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, and retail store product knowledge Experience with sales data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for growth Strong organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and time management in a busy environment Customer service expertise with phone etiquette, client communication, and relationship building strategies Ability to perform product demos confidently while demonstrating enthusiasm for beauty & cosmetics sales Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets energetic customer engagement.
