Job Description
Overview:
The Wellness Advisor is most often the first and last point of contact for current students as well as prospective students. The best Wellness Advisors are friendly, outgoing and CURIOUS individuals who are dedicated to learning about the students that the studio serves. This curiosity allows them the ability to make expert class format, membership/package, and retail recommendations based on the student's goals. Additionally, they ensure the studio is a clean and inviting space.JOB TITLE
Wellness Advisor DUTIES:
As a Wellness Advisor, your main responsibilities will include: 1.New Member Acquisition and Retention:
- Booking appointments and following up with leads to schedule class experiences
- Conducting studio tours and educating prospects on products, programs, and pricing
- Presenting membership or class package options based on student goals to achieve sales goals
- Onboarding new members properly to ensure retention 2.
Studio Operations & Promotion:
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Participating in community events to promote the studio
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments
- Physical ability to stand, sit, lift, and climb stairs as needed
