This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and ensure a smooth and compliant sales process. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Your energy, communication skills, and attention to detail will drive positive experiences for our customers and support the overall success of our dispensary operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product offerings and usage instructions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking shelves, and inventory management to ensure product availability Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant items Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and store policies during transactions and customer interactions Qualifications Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery or health-related stores Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and retail sales strategies is desirable Previous experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting your professional growth.
