Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products and provide excellent customer service in a dispensary setting. Duties
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stock and rotate products on shelves
  • Utilize POS system for sales transactions
  • Upsell products to enhance customer experience Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
