About Us Dolce Confections is a family-owned chocolate shop specializing in premium Belgian chocolates, gift baskets, specialty desserts, drinks, and seasonal gifts. We're looking for a dependable, energetic team member who enjoys variety and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. This is not a job where you'll do the same thing every day. We're looking for an all-rounder who enjoys learning new skills and being part of a team. What You'll Be Doing Your day may include: Greeting customers and providing outstanding customer service Operating the register and processing sales Packaging chocolates and gifts Building chocolate gift baskets Dipping and decorating pretzels, Oreos, marshmallows, and other treats Assisting with chocolate production and seasonal items Preparing specialty drinks, waffles, and crepes Stocking merchandise and keeping displays full Receiving and organizing inventory Cleaning and sanitizing work areas Helping with holiday production and large customer orders Working wherever the team needs you most We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and customer-focused Reliable and punctual Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willing to learn new skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift up to 40 pounds Available to work weekends and holidays when needed Experience Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required : Retail Food service Coffee shop Bakery Candy or chocolate shop Restaurant Customer service We'll happily train the right person with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
