Job Description
Entry-Level Sales Associate We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates . This entry-level position is designed for candidates who are interested in developing professional sales and customer service skills in a retail environment. No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided. In this role, you will work with customers, learn about available products and services, and contribute to a positive customer experience while working as part of a collaborative team. Compensation & Schedule Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission Average earnings for employees in this role range from $21-$28 per hour (including base pay and commissions; individual earnings vary based on performance) Full-time schedule: 5 shifts per week Typical shifts are 8-10 hours Flexible scheduling with operations available seven days per week Benefits Paid training Ongoing coaching and mentorship Opportunities for career growth based on performance and business needs Performance-based incentive programs Team events and employee recognition programs Responsibilities Learn and communicate current products, services, and promotional offers Represent the company professionally at assigned retail locations Assist customers by providing product and service information Help customers identify products and service options that best meet their needs Respond to general customer questions and provide excellent customer service Accurately document daily customer interactions and activities Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required We are currently accepting applications for this position.
