Salary:
$16.50- $17.20 (plus night premium)SUMMARY
The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. The night crew clerk is responsible for overnight stocking and preparation for day time operations. The night crew clerk should have knowledge of product lines and location in store, as well as responsibility for receiving, stocking, rotating, cutting, and marking product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding night crew operations, safety, and sanitation
Adhere to company policy through proper receiving, handling, storing, and stocking of product
Maintain proper shelf conditions in regards to pricing, cleaning, straightening, rotating, and facing of product
Adhere to shelf management as it applies to following suggested plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued products
Help keep the backroom clean and orderly by organizing, making bales, stacking pallets etc. Take direction from the night crew manager and assistant night crew manager, inform the appropriate people if any problems arise
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Possess basic computer skills
Possess strong communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
EQUIPMENT USED Operation of the following:
Baler/compactor (must be 18 years of age)
Case cutter (must be 16 years of age)
Pallet jacks (must be 18 years of age)
Marking gun
Computer
Walkie Stacker (must be 18 years of age)
