Duties Engage with customers to understand their optical needs and recommend suitable eyewear and accessories based on their lifestyle and preferences Assist in the fitting, adjustment, and dispensing of glasses, contact lenses, and other optical products with precision and care Manage retail sales transactions efficiently using retail math skills and POS systems while maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory Support laboratory processes by preparing frames, lenses, and performing basic aseptic techniques when necessary Requirements Prior experience in optical sales or retail management with a strong understanding of optical products and eyewear trends
