Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides expert product knowledge, and delivers exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash drawer handling and cash management Conduct retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns with precision Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary Maintain accurate data entry records for sales, customer information, and financial transactions using financial software Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction Manage retail store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections Strong basic math skills and proficiency in 10 key typing for processing transactions efficiently Experience with data entry, cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer management Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and quickly during busy periods Knowledge of financial software applications or point-of-sale systems is advantageous Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow within the role Must speak
